Ryusei Yamanaka finished 8th and Jason Dupasquier 11th at the Doha GP
The second race in a row on the circuit of Losail was again successful for the team from Saxony. Both riders finished in the points, with Yamanaka getting his best career result with a 8th place and Jason Dupasquier missing the top-10 by only less then one tenth.
Friday was already a positive day for Carxpert PrüstelGP squad. Full of motivation from the previous Sunday´s race, both riders showed promising performance. In a thrilled FP2 session, where slipstream chase was one of the main protagonist, Ryusei Yamanaka managed to enter the Q2 already on the first day.
Saturday FP3 was characterized a windy and sandy atmosphere, who made impossible the improvement of Friday´s laptimes. Despite that Jason Dupasquier showed an impressive feeling with his bike, being the fastest rider of the session.
This great result kept him even more focused for the afternoon´s Q1 session. For the first time in his career, Jason was able to make the step into Q2 starting from Q1.
Both Carxpert PrüstelGP riders were in Q2 and managed to get respectively the third and fifth row of the starting grid. Jason Dupasquier started from 9th place and Ryusei Yamanaka from 13th spot of the grid.
The race, starting at 17:00 local time, was again characterized by windy conditions. Ryusei Yamanaka and Jason Dupasquier were immediately involved in the fighting with the big front group. As well as in the previous race, they were constantly in the top-10 positions proving to be able to fight with the top riders. Ryusei ended his race in 8th place and Jason was finally 11th on the finish line.
PrüstelGP wants to wish a racing happy Easter to all his fans, sponsors and partners. The team will now have a one-week break before getting back on track at Portimao from 16th to 18th April.

Ryusei Yamanaka #6, P8
I´ve had already a positive feeling starting from Friday, we immediately found a good set up in the first day, which allowed me to go directly to Q2. But the second day was a bit more complicated because of the strong wind. I am very happy with the result of the race, it´s the best result in my career so far. I started from 13th , at the beginning it was a bit difficult to overtake other riders but then I gained more confidence and I enjoyed a lot the battle!! Now I will enjoy some time off before getting ready for Portimao. I know we can get better result, I will wait a lot for it! Thanks to my team for the great job!

Jason Dupasquier #50, P11
I feel like I have improved a lot compared to last weekend. The start of the weekend was not the best and unfortunately I couldn´t make it directly to Q2. I did my best in Q1 to be in the first 4, and I managed to enter into Q2. This made me feel much more motivated for Q2 and I got a 11thplace, but due to the penalization of other riders´ I started 9th . The race was not bad, I enjoyed a lot but I didn´t have much front grip due to the wind and sand. It was anyway a great race, 11th place and some points. These two races in the front group increased my confidence, and I know I can be with them. I learned a lot, it´s not easy but we are improving a lot compared to last year. Thank you to the team for the great work and happy Easter to everybody!
