Carxpert PrüstelGP aiming at brilliant results in Brno

Jason Dupasquier and Barry Baltus ready to debut in Brno circuit

The Monster Energy Grand Prix Ceske Republiky will take place as usual at the Automotodrom  Brno from 7th to 9th August 2020. As the only GP in eastern Europe, it will be the first of three in a row race weekends split among Czech Republic and Austria.

After the promising second race in Jerez, PrüstelGP riders are confident for the new race weekend with the clear goal of reaching their very first points in World Championship. Both Jason Dupasquier and Barry Baltus will have an additional challenge set for this weekend, as it will be their first time ever on the Czech race track.

The Czech circuit reminds to PrüstelGP a really nice memory: the first ever victory of the Saxon team in 2016 with John McPhee, in an emotional wet race. The aim of Carxpert PrüstelGP is once again to do its best with the clear goal of reaching the first seasonal points.

The action will be back on Friday 7th starting from 9:00 with the first session of free practice, while the race is scheduled on Sunday 9th at 11:00.

Also this GP is scheduled behind closed doors, but we want to give our fans the chance to feel the atmosphere of the racetrack also in this 2020. A public viewing of the three races will take place on Sunday 9th starting from 10 am at the ADAC Tower at Sachsenring. Come to visit us at our stand and take a pic with our 2018 race bike!

Jason Dupasquier #50:

It´s finally race week again! And it´s a completely new track for me. I am trying to learn as much as I can about Brno: braking points, gearings, lines. In FP1 and FP2 it will be essential to ride many laps, trying to brake later or open the throttle earlier, how I always do when I face a new race track. The goal for the weekend is to do my best, working hard as I always do and I am sure result will come. I can´t wait to be finally back with my bike!

Barry Baltus #70:

The approach will be the same as in Jerez, no stress and try to do my best. Already in the second race in Jerez I managed the pressure better than in the first one, and I need keep working hard as in the previous rounds. It will be my first time in Brno, but I can´t wait to get on track. I am confident for this race… let´s see what happens this weekend!
