Barry Baltus and Jason Dupasquier excited to be racing again in Austria
Only a couple of days after the Czech GP, Moto3 World Championship is back at Red Bull Ring- Spielberg (Austria) for the My World Motorrad Grand Prix von Österreich. The second out of three race weekends in a row is scheduled on the Austrian track, which measures 4,318 m and counts 7 right and 3 left corners.
Jason Dupasquier and Barry Baltus already had the possibility to ride on this circuit, during their time as Red Bull Rookies Cup riders. After the difficult race of Brno, they will have a chance to fully focus on their set up of their bikes. Weather forecast for this weekend foresees the possibility of rain, wet track and different conditions than usual.
Bikes get back on track on Friday 14th of August, with the first free practice session starting from 9am. The race is scheduled on Sunday 16th at 11am. As it happened for the CzechGP, public viewing of the three races will take place on Sunday 16th starting from 10 am at the ADAC Tower at Sachsenring. Come to visit us at our stand!

I know the track because I have ridden there in the last two years with Red Bull Rookies Cup. This is already a good advantage but we will see how fast I can be with the Moto3 bike, especially in the long straight. We will keep working hard like we did in the previous rounds. In case of wet track, it would be ok for me. Last year in the only wet race I won so… we will see!

Contrary to Brno, this time I already know the track from last year race in Red Bull Rookies Cup: I like it! There´s the possibility to ride on wet this weekend, I am comfortable riding in the wet so it would be good for me. It can be a great weekend, we need to focus on the acceleration to be fast especially in the long straight. We will see what happens this weekend!
